Town Meeting

Thursday June 4, 2009

 The Year End Closing Town Meeting helps coordinate the financial closing process on the Boulder campus. Essential accounting tasks and processes that each department must do to wrap up its FY 2009 books will be explained by ABS staff and representatives from
the PSC and PBS. This is a place to ask questions and
get answers. There are two available sessions.

Morning Session: 10:00–11:30

Afternoon Session: 1:30–3:00

Eaton Humanities Building Room 250

(The afternoon session is generally less crowded and note that
the room is different than previous years – see map)
