ABS Departmental Administrator List

This list is used by ABS to distribute information concerning deadlines, procedure changes, policy updates, etc.

Once per month this list is updated to include all CU-Boulder employees who have a Finance System (PeopleSoft) User ID. The monthly update to the list will also delete individuals who no longer have a User ID. Individuals who do not have a User ID can be added to the list manually.

• To subscribe to this list, send an e-mail request with your name to accounting@colorado.edu. In the subject line of your email indicate you'd like to SUBSCRIBE to the ABS Email List. Please include your Employee ID #.

• To UNSUBSCRIBE from the CU-Boulder Departmental Administrators List, send an email request with your name to accounting@colorado.edu. In the subject line of your e-mail indicate you'd like to UNSUBSCRIBE. Only those people without a Finance System User ID can choose to unsubscribe.

In addition, the monthly ABS Newsletter is sent to individuals who are subscribed to the CU-Boulder Departmental Administrators List.
